Refund policy
We take no payments on this website. Every engagement has a written agreement. That agreement sets the fees and the refund terms. This page explains the general rules.

No payments on this website
You cannot buy anything on this website, and requesting a call is free. We send an invoice only after you accept a written proposal or agreement.
Performance marketing
- Our fees. Where we work on a pay-per-qualified-lead basis, you pay only for leads that meet the qualification criteria we agree with you in writing before launch.
- Disputed leads. If you believe a lead does not meet the agreed criteria, tell us within the review period in your agreement. If we agree, we do not charge for that lead. If you have already paid for it, we credit or refund it.
- Advertising spend. Money spent with advertising platforms such as Meta and Google is separate from our fees. Once those platforms deliver the ads, the spend cannot be refunded by us. Their own terms apply to it.
AI automation projects
Automation projects are priced in a written proposal, often in stages. Fees for work already delivered or accepted are not refundable. Fees paid in advance for work we have not started are refunded if the project is cancelled, less any costs we already had to pay to third parties for your project, unless your agreement says otherwise.
If we cannot deliver
If we cannot deliver a service you have paid for, we refund the amount for the part not delivered.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@inirah.in with your invoice number and the reason. We confirm we have your request and then tell you our decision. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method or by bank transfer.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
